Broken foreign characters

I'm seeing a lot of European city and venue names that are messed up.  I know it's an database encoding issue.

For example:

Incorrect: http://sjmike.myhobbysite.net/modules/re...tails=1474
Correct: https://www.sjmike.com/modules/recording...tails=1474

Incorrect: http://sjmike.myhobbysite.net/modules/re...tails=2056
Correct: https://www.sjmike.com/modules/recording...tails=2056

This was fixed. I will reimport your database later so that you can check it. If anyone else wants me to reimport their demo databases, please reply here.

From what I can tell, everything looks accurate now.

Just as an FYI, since you did a database restore I had to reset my password. That worked successfully, I like the new password reset link vs the old insecure method of sending a password in plain text.

I've updated the password encription on the new version. And I'm not a fan of sending passwords via email, a one-time token works better
